One coherent vision
Formed by the Gospel. Centred on the person. Sent to transform society.
EducareM exists to serve the Church’s educational mission. Rooted in the Gospel and the living tradition of Catholic education, we form and accompany those who lead, teach and serve so that they can help every person flourish.
Our vision moves from personal encounter to shared mission: recognising God-given dignity, forming the whole person, strengthening educational communities and translating faith into action for justice, peace and the common good.
Gospel
Christ calls us to fullness of life and sends us to proclaim Good News in word, relationship and action.
Person
Every person bears God-given dignity: a face, a story and a vocation—never merely a profile or outcome.
Formation
Mind, heart and hands are formed together through encounter, reflection, knowledge and practice.
Constellation
No one educates alone. Leaders, staff, families, young people and partners shine more brightly together.
Hope in action
Formation becomes service: building bridges, confronting injustice and drawing new maps of hope.
This is EducareM: the transformation of the person, within communities of formation, for the transformation of society.
Gospel foundations
Sent out in hope.
Called to fullness of life.
“Go out to the whole world and proclaim the Good News to all creation.”
Mark 16:15
“I have come that they may have life, life in all its fullness.”
John 10:10
Formation of the whole person
The language of the mind, the heart and the hands
Catholic education unites thought, feeling and action. Pope Leo XIV calls for formation that holds together the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social and physical dimensions of every person.
Mind
Deepening knowledge, theological understanding, critical reflection and confidence in the mission of Catholic education.
UnderstandHeart
Renewing vocation through encounter with Christ, compassionate relationships and a love that opens us to others.
Be formedHands
Translating faith and learning into leadership, service, advocacy and practical action for transformation.
ActEducation must involve the mind, the heart and the hands.

Pope Leo XIV · 2025
Drawing new maps of hope
Catholic education is not a nostalgic refuge. It is a living constellation—a network of people and communities able to guide, innovate and witness with hope.
Pope Leo XIV describes education as part of the fabric of evangelisation: the Gospel becoming relationship, culture and action. In an unsettled and highly digital age, Catholic education is called to build bridges, place the person before the algorithm and renew trust through service.

The Church's vision
A living tradition that guides the journey
From the Second Vatican Council to Pope Leo XIV, the Church presents one coherent vision of education as evangelisation, integral human formation, community and service of the common good.

No one left at the margins
The Church calls Catholic schools to fulfil their mission with particular care for those who are poor, isolated, disadvantaged or deprived of support. Pope Leo reminds educators that access to education is a matter of dignity and that the education of the poor is a duty, not a favour. This commitment to inclusion and justice runs through EducareM’s work.
