Begin with what your community needs now

“To form men and women who will be ready to take their place in society … bringing social structures more into conformity with the Gospel.”
Lay Catholics in Schools: Witnesses to Faith, 1982

No two Catholic communities are identical. EducareM works with leaders to understand the setting, identify the desired difference and shape formation that is purposeful, engaging and rooted in the mission of the Church.

Support may take the form of a whole-staff INSET day, a focused session for governors or support staff, leadership coaching, a school review, facilitated mission development or a longer programme of accompaniment.

Each commission is planned collaboratively so that the content, approach, timing and follow-up are appropriate to your people—not simply taken from a standard package.

Support at every level

Formation can be designed for one group or bring the whole community into a shared process of reflection and renewal.

Whole staff

Shared formation that reconnects every colleague with the purpose and lived mission of Catholic education.

Leaders

Strategic formation, accompaniment and coaching for aspiring, middle, senior and executive leaders.

Governors & trustees

Focused formation for those who carry responsibility for mission, strategy, oversight and accountability.

Trusts & dioceses

Coherent programmes and service-level support developed across groups of schools and wider systems.

A broad offer, brought into one coherent vision

The themes below can stand alone or be combined to address a wider school, trust or diocesan priority.

01

Catholic life and mission

Mission development, whole-school review, Catholic identity, values, relationships and the distinctive contribution of every member of staff.

02

Leadership formation

Formation and personalised support for aspiring, middle and senior leaders, including reflection, coaching and interview preparation.

03

Religious education

Curriculum development, creativity, challenge, leadership and evaluation in response to the Religious Education Directory and local context.

04

Prayer, liturgy and chaplaincy

Formation for staff and pupil leaders, development of prayer and liturgy, and support for sustainable lay and pupil chaplaincy.

05

Curriculum, formation and social action

Catholic Social Teaching, SMSC, Building the Kingdom, Caritas in Action and a curriculum that forms pupils for service and the common good.

06

Governance and strategic review

Formation for governors and trustees, mission-focused self-evaluation, preparation for Catholic school inspection and purposeful next steps.

07

Support staff formation

Helping support staff understand, articulate and confidently live their distinctive contribution to Catholic education.

08

Speaking, facilitation and events

Keynotes, conference contributions, facilitated conversations and formation sessions created for your audience and occasion.

From conversation to lasting impact

Our starting point is a conversation—not a catalogue. Together we agree what matters, who needs to be involved and how the work can have value beyond the day itself.
